Welcome to Banbridge Surveyors
Banbridge Surveyors have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in over 35 years of surveying, serving London (Central, North, South, East and West) and the Home Counties including the Medway’s towns, Surrey and Sussex. (Central, East and West).
We are a friendly approachable team of professional surveyors and valuers who are highly trained and motivated to provide the best possible service to all our clients especially those new to the home purchase process.
Banbridge Surveyors carry out Pre-Purchase or Walkthrough Inspections,(ideal for auction properties) Residential Valuations, Home-Buyers Surveys, and Building Surveys amongst a wide range of other professional services, e.g. Leasehold Enfranchisement Valuations, Probate and Court Valuations (P35 Compliant). We also carry out Expert Witness Investigations (and report findings).
We are also experienced in providing Right to Buy Valuations for clients with the right to buy their rented property.
We are a totally independent company, with no ties to any Estate Agency or Lending Institution. (Bank / Building Society). Estate agents simply market houses as if they all just need a little bit of paint and a repair here and there! often siting Mortgage Valuations, market trends and comparable values as the properties worth regardless of its actual condition. These are totally at odds with a properties realistic condition and repair liability.
Mortgage valuations are simply that! Lenders valuations for their own judgement to advance funds. They are not surveys and should never ever be relied upon as a properties condition report.
Banbridge Surveyors are committed to ensuring you have all the information needed to purchase at the right price allowing for professional repairs and maintenance: This often is far from the For sale or Market price. Please click on the boxes below to find out more:
